Details:

wget -c
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/nightly/latest-mozilla1.8-l10n/

was crashing when it would try to parse the list. Ended up being due to a
cast of a (long*) to a (time_t*) (Ewww!)

Fix went in for mainline in 08133c8ca2e0; needs to be done for 1.11.4 as
well.
