I believe this may have been fixed in http://hg.addictivecode.org/wget/1.11,
changeset d5cc76b8b225 (note that the Subversion repository is no longer
tracking new changes).

If it has not been fixed, please provide a real, concrete test that I can use
to try to reproduce the problem directly.
