	Hello Micah,
my friend has found[1] that wget-1.11 introduced a regression:
running it in ru_RU.UTF-8 locale results in failed assertion:

LC_MESSAGES=ru_RU.UTF-8 wget -c
http://pgfoundry.org/frs/download.php/1559/pgcluster-1.7.0rc8.tar.gz

complains on (roughly translated since doesn't manifest
with LC_MESSAGES=C):

progress.c:972: create_image: assertion `p - bp->buffer <= bp->width'
failed.

Removing /usr/share/locale/ru/LC_MESSAGES/wget.mo does help;
`make update-po' after `configure' and before `make' doesn't.

PS: sorry for not subscribing to the list, wget used to be
relatively trouble-free an upstream and I'm subscribed to
a few dozen too much already.  Hope you understand :)
