Details:

I am using Win32 build v1.10.2. 
Command line like this:

"wget -N -a _wget.log --no-remove-listing --progress=dot:mega
ftp://ftp.site.com/pub/dir1/*"

Every time it repeat downloading files with size more then 100-150M. Exact
size threshold I don't know. The message like this

"The sizes do not match (local 212114305) -- retrieving."

But the local and remote sizes is equal.
